Boxing Training

Boxing training is conducted between the hours of 5-9pm, Monday thru Friday.  This training is not only for those hoping to become boxers, but is also for those who want a different workout from the norm or want to use boxing as a way to get into perfect condition.  A menus of jumping rope, punching the various bags, shadow boxing and cool down exercises is provided to enhance your boxing experience.  Guidance on proper punching and training techniques is provided by the trainers in the gym.   Go to Membership


1 on 1 Personal Training

Personal one-on-one training sessions are currently conducted during the daytime hours of 0800-1600hrs.  

Future plans include extending personal training sessions throughout the entire operating hours of the gym.  Personal training sessions includes strength and muscle building,  Aerobic boxing training, diet counseling and fat reduction, and  body fat measurements.  Go to Membership


Fitness Dance Exercise

 One hour fitness dance classes including Zumba, a latin inspired exercise during which latin dance music and techniques are used to achieve a high level of fitness and boxing exercise, using boxing techniques to achieve a high level of fitness.  Future classes being considered are Step classes, Upcoming classes are listed in the Upcoming Events tab or can be found by liking us on Facebook at Rick Yoshimura's Ringside Fitness Gym.


Zumba Dance Class

Wednesday Zumba classes are fun and designed for everyone.  Enjoy an hour of exercise combined with Latin music and fun beats. 


Wednesday : 1030~1130

Fee:500yen per class

Punch Beat Boxing Class

Every Tuesday and Friday enjoy a fun Boxing Exercise class with the former Lightweight champion of Japan.  It is a workout designed to build stamina and work muscles throughout the body. 


Tuesday Class : 1530~1640

Friday Class : 1030~1140
